The New IQ is a training and thought leadership platform for influence in complexity.
It integrates embodied, emotional, intuitive, and integrative intelligence to help people turn inner clarity into influence that resonates and ideas into impact that matters.
About The New IQ
The New IQ is a training and thought leadership platform that equips individuals and organisations to cultivate influence that is grounded, coherent, and real. In an era defined by acceleration, complexity, and digital saturation, we offer a new foundation. One that integrates embodied awareness, emotional depth, intuitive clarity, and integrated intelligence. This is not mindset coaching. It is the inner architecture required to navigate complexity and lead with influence that is values-driven and unmistakably human.
Our work reconnects people to the forms of intelligence that cannot be automated: presence, discernment, and coherence. Through keynotes, immersive workshops, and learning communities, we help individuals develop the internal clarity required to become the clearest signal in a noisy world. For organisations, we offer strategic frameworks that foster cultural trust, relational leadership, and regenerative performance.
Our offerings include keynote presentations that redefine influence as alignment rather than performance. Experiential workshops that cultivate embodied intelligence in real time. Learning communities that support identity level transformation. And strategic advisory for teams navigating cultural change.
For individuals, The New IQ is a return to influence that feels aligned and authentic. For organisations, it builds cultures that are not only effective but human-centred and future-fit. This is where influence moves from noise to resonance, from performance to presence, and from ideas to impact.
